Do we make customised orders?

Yes, we do accept custom orders! Simply send us a message via WhatsApp along with your high-quality design, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life. Once we've reviewed the design, we'll provide you with pricing and further details.

How many units are produced per design?

We produce only 3 units per design to ensure exclusivity and uniqueness. Once a design is sold out, no additional units will be made, so you can be confident you're wearing something truly rare and one-of-a-kind!

How long does an order take to be ready?

Orders typically take around 10 days to be produced. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with tracking details to let you know it's on its way!

How long does an order take to be shipped?

Shipping times vary based on your selected method. For standard post, delivery takes about 10 days. If you choose express post, your order will arrive in approximately 4 days. We'll provide tracking information once your order is on the way!

Do we make pick up point for orders?

Yes, we offer pick-up points for your convenience! You can collect your orders at Ebene at noon during weekdays, or at Jumbo Phoenix Mall on Saturday mornings.
